We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead critical components of our North American Supply Chain operations across the U.S. and Canada. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and influencing replenishment execution, demand planning, forecasting, assortment strategy, product loss mitigation, distributor performance, and inventory working capital optimization. The role will be a mix of steady state activities while also being involved in the evolution of the Circle K Supply Chain through project management, pilot and proof of concept programs, and the validation/deployment of forward-facing tech solutioning. The Manager will guide a team of analysts, influence cross‑functional partners, and ensure the successful implementation of projects, processes, and forward‑looking technologies aligned to Circle K’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Other combinations of career/job-related experience and/or education may be substituted
  • Based in or near the Charlotte metro area – role reports on site at the Charlotte office
  • A minimum of Three years of direct management experience leading direct reports.
  • Four to Six years of experience in end-to-end supply chain within retail, CPG, food service, or broadline/systems-based distribution is highly desirable.
  • Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills, possess the ability to influence others, and be data driven in everyday decision making
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and addressing moderately complex issues
  • An entrepreneurial spirit interested and experienced in overhauling/building out functionalities from scratch
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, data sets, and visualized analytics. Microsoft Power BI and query-based functionality in Excel/Access
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various internal corporate teams, business units and a large base of external 3rd party vendors/suppliers
  • Willing and able to travel (10-20%) within North America

Responsibilities

  • Leading replenishment execution effectiveness across a large multi‑site distribution network
  • Overseeing demand planning and forecasting processes for new product launches, seasonal changes, limited‑time offers, and perishable categories
  • Guiding merchandising on assortment rationalization, distribution pathway strategy, and scale‑up/scale‑down recommendations
  • Providing central leadership on route to market for key categories like Food and Private Brands
  • Developing and governing strategy for distribution center product loss prevention, shrink reduction, and spoilage mitigation
  • Partnering with FP&A and our distribution partners to manage and optimize inventory working capital/days on hand
  • Managing distributor network performance, including KPIs, SLAs, and corrective actions
  • Leading project management work to unlock commercial value; including new distribution centers, commissary operations, and supply‑chain transformation initiatives
  • Driving the evolution of business intelligence through our Supply Chain Control Tower (Power BI)
  • Identifying enterprise-wide operational gaps and opportunities, and shaping process or policy changes that support business performance
