About The Position

Manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Leads coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain. Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in related areas with extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and quality materials.

Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
