About The Position

The Supply Chain Manager at ARC Group is responsible for overseeing and optimizing procurement, demand planning, and supply chain operations. This role supports both existing business activities and new project initiatives, driving efficiency and improving processes within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and/or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems is required; knowledge of SAP Business One is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, external customers, and business partners.
  • A creative and resourceful problem solver capable of navigating complex challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand and supply plans aligned with current demand trends and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage purchase orders for finished goods, labels, and other materials required by approved co-manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Act as the primary liaison with co-manufacturers, coordinating short- and long-term forecasts, production schedules, change management, and other operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues, implement supplier changes, and facilitate new product introductions and discontinuations.
  • Manage and develop supplier performance metrics and forecast accuracy reports for Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) processes.
  • Serve as the departmental lead for item master data management and new product setup within the ERP system and fulfillment/distribution networks.
  • Oversee kit-building processes to ensure inventory availability aligns with production and customer needs.
  • Provide support for month-end accounting entries, budgeting, forecasting, inventory cycle counts, and annual physical inventory processes.
