About The Position
The SCM, Manager, is a subject matter expert in all phases of strategic sourcing projects and supplier performance activities for Alaska Air Group. As an individual contributor in this role, you will define the long-term strategy for supply chain management and exercise considerable latitude and initiative to make decisions in project assessment, strategy development, supplier evaluation, and negotiation of terms to meet quality, cost, and performance targets. The position is responsible for developing and overseeing relationships with internal customers and vendors to ensure company and divisional objectives are met. This Manager is a key stakeholder and decision-maker for all sourcing projects and supplier performance management for the Alaska Air Group fleets.
