About The Position

About Corvus Every physical good spends time in a warehouse, and every warehouse tracks their inventory. Today, nearly 100% of warehouses track their inventory manually using barcode scanners and climbing forklifts. We're Corvus Robotics . Our fully autonomous Corvus One ™ drones use computer vision & robotics to automatically track inventory, improving worker safety and increasing labor efficiency. What we're seeking We're looking for a supply chain and production coordinator to own our pre-production workflows -- from supplier communications and material planning to receiving and IQC. This role is foundational to our production operations and the ideal candidate is experienced in managing the supply chain for advanced hardware products, such as robotics, medical devices, aerospace, or PCBAs. This person will play a key role in managing supplier relationships and monitoring inventory health, running and scaling a robust, resilient production for robotics manufacturing. Requirements

  • 3+ YOE in supply chain management and production planning for robotics, medical devices, aerospace, PCBA, or 3C electronics
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written/spoken) for direct communication with mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturers
  • Demonstrated experience working with modern ERP, accounting/order tracking, and inventory management software
  • Experience with creatively sourcing limited stock components, handling import/export shipments and customs declaration for sensitive components
  • Demonstrated experience with hardware BOM management, NPI, and revision control

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering)
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Experience in assembly line management or sourcing operations overseas

Responsibilities

  • Forecast production volume and generate procurement plans for strategic and high-volume suppliers
  • Negotiate, set terms, and schedule blanket purchases based on production cycle
  • Monitor and proactively mitigate risks in inventory and supply chain health for key components
  • Coordinate receiving across supplier and production facilities, including international shipments
  • Manage and maintain IQC and putaway processes with an ERP and quality assurance tools
