About The Position

The Manager Supply Chain Governance is responsible for developing and implementing governance processes that enable the end-to-end procurement process within FIS Global. This position plays a crucial role in coordinating the quarterly and annual global category strategy development and review process, as well as supporting the identification of key cost reduction initiatives in partnership with the FF Workstream Lead. The role is accountable for driving policy, standard, and guideline reviews to ensure compliance with the FIS policy framework. Additionally, the Manager will develop and deliver education and awareness activities to enhance understanding across Supply Chain Management (SCM). Collaboration is key in this role, as the Manager is expected to work closely with stakeholders across SCM and other process and risk partner groups within FIS. The Supply Chain Governance and Supplier Value Management team is tasked with overall governance, risk management, and oversight of supply chain processes and the supplier management program. The Manager will lead various governance processes, including Category Strategy governance, BU Engagement governance, and Material Deals Governance, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the company's policies and objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of SCM business strategy and the ability to maintain category and business unit governance approaches. The Manager will also need to stay informed about external marketplace and industry trends related to supply chain best practices, particularly in governance and risk management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that FIS maintains a robust and compliant supply chain governance framework that supports the company's strategic goals.
