  • Managing Subcontractor cost, schedule and technical performance, ensuring L3Harris and Customer objectives are achieved.
  • Developing, maintaining and managing strategic relationships with suppliers to achieve Program, Customer and Corporate goals.
  • Collaborating with the Program team related to Subcontractor activities and proactively meeting performance needs.
  • Managing procurement processes and systems, ensuring alignment with Government, Corporate, and Division policies.
  • Determining feasibility of material, components, specifications or requirements and supporting product development activities.
  • Managing cross-functional relationships to integrate the supply chain team into program development and execution.
  • Drafting and negotiating contract vehicles including Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Establishing and managing major contractual milestones throughout the program.
  • Applying ingenuity and innovation to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Providing timely and accurate Supply Chain status to various levels of management and external customers.
  • Identifying and executing initiatives to improve performance based on industry best practices.
  • Supporting strategic new business pursuit activities as a subject matter expert.
  • Ensuring risk management strategies and processes are deployed on critical procurement efforts.
  • Managing procurement metrics to ensure company goals and supplier performance objectives are met.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance required, with US Citizenship.
  • Experience in supply chain management in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting critical programs in foreign countries.
  • Solid knowledge of defense supply chain and purchasing processes.
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS contractual terms and conditions.
  • Experience in negotiation of large complex subcontracts and agreements.
  • Earned Value Management experience or previous Control Account Manager experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and solid understanding of SAP systems.
  • Ability to travel often, potentially being located full-time at a supplier's facility.
  • Ability to understand and speak Hebrew.
  • Preferred degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Master's degree in a related field, or MBA, desired.
  • Ability to manage change in an organization and reengineer its culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
