About The Position
Internship Summary: Gain valuable experience with Zoetis’ Diagnostics Manufacturing team helping them analyze and manage transportation expenses. This internship provides exposure to the workings of global intermodal transportation networks and opportunities to develop real world database management and analytics skills. Internship Job Duties: Extract transportation expenses from ERP system (SAP) / Finance reports and maintain Microsoft Excel database. Work closely with Zoetis Global Transportation to understand freight auditing practices and use of TRAX database. Analyze and report on trends, outliers, and related opportunities for cost savings. Generate reports and maintain metrics related to carrier performance. Collaborate with Global Trade Compliance to identify cost savings related to import transportation modes.
Requirements
- Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in database management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or similar field.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- SAP experience a plus
