Requirements

  • Completion of at least 2 years of full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Project Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to a wide range of practical and intellectual problems.
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience through project teams, internships, or previous roles.
  • Interest in sustainable energy, renewable energy, or electric vehicle technologies.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, creativity, and initiative in a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing supply chain projects and programs throughout their life cycle.
  • Support project scheduling, daily standup meetings, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to stakeholder requirement gathering and project documentation review.
  • Collect, analyze, and present project and supply chain data using Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Review budgets and analyze cost factors for projects.
  • Identify project risks or constraints and support implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
