This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Supply Chain Management Data Specialist. This role will largely serve in a remote capacity with periodic travel as needed to support project teams. The purpose of this role is to enhance the capability of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Initiative development. The role will be responsible for assisting with the integration of technology systems into the overarching SCM strategy and initiative at WSP. Candidate will be responsible for the creation of standards for project systems and will provide field technical support and training as needed. This team member will be auditing database exports, heavily using Excel, documenting processes in Microsoft Word and Visio, and providing support functions across multiple projects. This role will be the first line of support for tasks that require Excel analysis or investigation, but that don’t require integration into Power BI or full-stack development. This organization largely prohibits AI usage (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to protect client confidentiality, so the applicant should expect no access to AI for the completion of job tasks.
