Position Summary As a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech III, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical supply operations through inventory control, data analysis, and coordination of procedural supplies. You'll use advanced tools like Lawson, Epic, and Excel to ensure accurate inventory management that supports patient safety and departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • 6 years of inventory management or related supply chain experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse organization and operational experience preferred
  • Experience with automated supply chain systems preferred
  • Associate's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, and replenish inventory for OR and Specialty areas
  • Accurately process consignment requisitions and resolve vendor issues
  • Analyze inventory usage and costs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Organize and maintain supply areas and par levels
  • Collaborate with corporate supply chain and purchasing teams for item activations and order resolutions
  • Ensure supply readiness for scheduled procedures and specialized surgical needs
  • Support product conversions, new item trials, and tissue tracking compliance
