About The Position

Manages the day-to-day assigned inventories function. Ensures all products and devices are correctly placed and available for use. Stocks, dispenses, and reorders supplies. Uses system analytics to optimize inventory results, cash flow, and staff productivity by giving visibility to supplies from loading dock to patient bedside. Performs real time par level adjustments and dynamic inventory adjustments throughout the facility, including high impact clinical procedural areas. Manages all interfaces and supporting systems ensuring that the appropriate costs and patient charge data are accurate and complete. Provides outstanding customer service to procedural leaders, nurse managers, coordinators, and physicians. Utilizes a strong knowledge of product information to assist in determining productvalues and locations. Provides comprehensive inventory training to Supply Chain colleagues (as needed).

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Supply chain experience.
  • Advanced computer analytical skills.
  • Strong skillsin manipulating data and creating formula-driven reports in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Lawson experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable legacy inventory systems (e.g., Lawson, Point of Use (POU), POU Departmental, and Hanel).
