This Supply Chain internship will be a hands on experience where interns will have the opportunity to work in every department in our Distribution Center. Interns will experience each part of the supply chain from the moment product comes in through the door in receiving and returns, through the pick/pack process and finally down to shipping for delivery direct to consumers. This position is physical in nature and will require interns to sit, stand, bend, lift and continuously move dependent on department assignment. Internship Program Overview: This is a paid, in-person internship based in our Raleigh or Durham offices, running from May 18 through August 7, 2026. Interns are paid $18.25 per hour and will gain hands-on experience by being fully integrated into their respective teams. Throughout the internship, participants will complete a capstone project, collaborate cross-functionally, connect with company leaders and executives, and participate in intern lunch-and-learns and other professional development opportunities. Requirements

  • Highly organized & self-motivated

  • Competent in respectful email communication
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with team members to provide thoughtful and detailed attention to support the business needs
  • General understanding of risk management principles

  • Supply chain curriculum preferred but not required
  • Work experience with organizational tasks and light labor preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will be responsible for preparing and delivering a formal presentation to management. This presentation will summarize a project or key learnings from their internship experience, demonstrating understanding of supply chain processes and providing recommendations or insights for improvement.
