Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Specialized Operations Intern to join our team in Philadelphia for a structured summer internship program. This role provides hands-on exposure to operational systems, vendor management, procurement processes, and cross-functional project support. You'll work closely with operational leadership and support key initiatives that impact vendor performance, financial processing, and inventory management. This opportunity is ideal for a student interested in supply chain, business operations, or finance who wants meaningful, real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. Your Day-to-Day: Utilize the Epicor ERP system to support data management and operational processes Develop and analyze vendor performance data Identify and research potential vendors through internal systems and outreach efforts Assist with invoice processing and payment lifecycle support Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and acquisition due diligence materials Assist in processing new contracts and addenda Contribute to operational reporting and documentation efforts Why You’ll Love Working Here: You’ll gain hands-on experience using data to support real business decisions. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3.25 GPA requirement
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to travel to Tampa, FL Corporate Office for company paid, multi-day assignment.
