About The Position

As a Supply Chain Intern at Convergix Automation, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will work closely with our supply chain team to support various functions, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and an ability to travel
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations/Logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitive/Quick Learning ability
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Procurement, or similar field
• Must graduate in December 2026 or later

Responsibilities

• Assisting with procurement activities, including supplier management and contract negotiation
• Supporting production planning and inventory management processes
• Assisting with logistics coordination and tracking shipments
• Analyzing supply chain data and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
