We are seeking a motivated ‘system-thinker’ to join our team for an internship focused on establishing a 'model' system for signaling, ordering, and delivery of materials to our factory for assembly of best-in-class test and measurement equipment. Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study, graduating December 2026 or later.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both large and small groups.
  • Process-oriented with a curiosity about organizational change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets and formulas to work with large data sets and pivot tables.
  • Resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for finding innovative solutions

Responsibilities

  • Work on efforts to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with the supply chain team and internal customers, focusing on customer success.
  • Experience a day in the life of a supply chain professional.
