This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Redondo Beach, California. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Supplier Performance Management organization.

Requirements

  • A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria.
  • The candidate must:
  • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026
  • Be majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or closely related discipline
  • Be proficient in multimedia and graphic editing as well as content creation and management
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026

Nice To Haves

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
  • Good data analytics skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel formulas, pivot tables and PowerPoint.
  • Good presentation skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a group of analysts and engineers to create, edit and publish training content for SPM Field Engineering team. The content can be a combination of video recording, presentation and other artifacts on a variety of commodity types as well as quality topics.
  • Integrate feedback from the team into standard formats to be used as a playbook for supplier product compliance technical verification.
  • Extract, monitor, analyze and validate data and information from multiple sources.
  • Actively monitor supplier delivery and quality performance trends in multiple systems.
  • Develop engaging and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners / customers to drive problem resolution.
