About The Position

Your work ties us all together, helping our teams function and operate. You will work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You'll ensure we have what we need to service our customers. StandardAero is seeking motivated, eager, and innovative students looking to join our Supply Chain team for 2026! We are looking for students who can start in Q1 (mid-January 2026). As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Third year students pursuing Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Procurement, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail, with interest in process improvement
• Ability to work independently multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
• Complete assigned projects (e.g. Documenting processes (creating site work instructions/SOP's for various supply chain processes performed through Oracle/SA Menu/ERP)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain team members to write SOP's and WI's
• Work closely with upper management & project team members
• Assist with the procurement of materials throughout various stages of the lifecycle
• Assist in resolving issues involving team members
• Develop reporting tools in Excel and PowerBI
• Evaluating and Implementing Ideas
