About The Position

Loro Piana is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for Spring 2025 to support the Wholesale Return flow of inventory and assist with Inter Region Transfers. This role is designed for individuals with full-time availability who are eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics within a luxury brand environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist with Return Authorizations for the wholesale team
• Create warehouse inbound deliveries for NA warehouse
• Record and track credit memos for Return authorizations
• Download and save traffic violations from Retailer portals (Neiman Marcus Group and SAKS 5th Ave)
• Create credit memos for inventory materials and post onto Chargeback file for Finance team
• Create credit memos for non-inventory materials and post onto Chargeback file for Finance team
• Submit Inter Region Transfer Orders to the warehouse
• Create SLI 'Shipper Letter of Intent' for Outbound Shipments to HQ
• Create FedEx Labels for Outbound Shipment to HQ
