Supply Chain (Implementation) Consultant

We are OMP, a game changer that optimizes supply chains of the world's leading companies with our very own smart software and services. As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a crucial role in equipping customers with supply chain planning solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze planning challenges, assist in the solution design, implement and validate the solution, and ensure a smooth go-live process. Customers will rely on your support throughout the entire project life cycle, making your role vital to their success. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our solution architects to find clever planning solutions that ensure impeccable, high-quality implementations. You will implement the solution from start to finish, working alongside the customer's project team. Your expertise will be invaluable during and after the implementation phase, as you will also be responsible for training customers to maximize the benefits of their solutions. Additionally, you will document the implemented solutions by providing technical descriptions to your fellow consultants and functional notes to the customer. Although you will be visiting customers regularly (about 20% of your time), you will remain rooted in our team of experts and consultants, ensuring that you are always part of the OMP family. You will join the Delivery team as part of the Customer Solutions organization, where you will assist customers before, during, and beyond implementation. Your contributions will help customers understand the solution and utilize it to its full potential, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
