About the position

The Supply Chain Hub Analyst at Trulieve plays a crucial role in managing the logistics of cannabis products between cultivation sites and dispensaries. This entry-level position involves executing Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and ensuring efficient inventory management while supporting the company's mission to provide compassionate care to patients in need.

Responsibilities

• Create STO's for Finished Goods - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Cultivation Plants - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Dry Flower - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Waste - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Pack/Raw Materials - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Dispensaries - Site to Site
• Create STO's for Dispensaries to Dispensaries
• Create STO's for Batteries to Dispensaries
• Create STO's for Dispensaries Returns - Site to Site
• Manage Transfers of Finished Goods to Retail
• Manage in Transit Inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents
• Adaptable to a variety of assignments and settings
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and staff
• Able to work independently for long periods without direct supervision
• SAP Experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time management skills
