About The Position

The position involves partnering with location leaders to ensure HR plans drive business results, optimize customer service, and align with core behaviors and values. The role contributes to the development of people strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance. It requires understanding the business conditions affecting the industry and staying current on HR trends. The position also involves providing consulting on development solutions, coaching leaders, and engaging associates to promote company values. Additionally, it includes driving accountability for engagement action plans, participating in talent assessment discussions, and supporting HR processes during new location openings or relocations.

Requirements

  • High School or GED and 4 Years Experience in a Human Resources function.
  • 4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information.
  • 3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 Years Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility.
  • 2 Years Experience supporting multiple locations.
  • Experience in a supply chain, contact center or retail environment.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI certification.

Responsibilities

  • Shift- weekends
  • Partner with location leaders in planning HR strategies to drive business results.
  • Contribute to the development of people strategies that support business objectives.
  • Support operational and strategic decisions in assigned locations.
  • Stay informed on business conditions and HR trends.
  • Identify development solutions and consult leaders on associate development.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on organizational management practices.
  • Engage and coach associates to promote company values.
  • Drive accountability for sustaining engagement action plans.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner and location leaders to implement solutions.
  • Use organizational diagnostics to identify talent engagement challenges.
  • Participate in the interview and selection process for location leaders.
  • Support talent assessment and development discussions.
  • Drive conversations on sourcing, recruiting, and staffing plans.
  • Identify and align inconsistent communications and HR processes.
  • Support HR aspects during new location openings, closings, or relocations.
  • Attend weekly leadership calls and visit locations to assess engagement.
