About The Position

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Financial Planner to join our dynamic team. The Supply Chain Financial Planner will be responsible for developing and managing financial plans, analyzing costs, and providing valuable insights to optimize the financial performance of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, supply chain management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans for the supply chain, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate financial forecasting. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of supply chain budgets, working closely with finance and operational teams to establish realistic financial targets. Conduct regular forecasting exercises to assess performance against budget and identify areas for improvement. Cost Analysis and Optimization: Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor their impact on financial performance. Financial Reporting: Generate and deliver regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into supply chain financial performance. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting to support decision-making processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure financial plans align with operational objectives. Provide financial insights to support collaborative decision-making and optimize overall supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
