How you will make an impact: The Laboratory Equipment Division is a >$1B global business within the Laboratory Products Group, which offers biological safety cabinets, centrifuges, cold storage, and incubators serving the scientific research (academic/government), healthcare and life sciences markets. We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Finance Manager who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to the Supply Chain and Operations teams. This role will improve and optimize FP&A routines as well as focus on global inventory and distribution for the division across North America, EMEA and APAC. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities for the VP of Operations, Site Leaders, and Sr. Director Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance role with a Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA in Finance or Accounting, with demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis, reporting and business partnering

Responsibilities

  • Lead AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR, in a matrixed financial forecast
  • Own global E&O reporting and forecasting with risk mitigation plans
  • Optimize and enhance Distribution MBR/QBR reporting and forecasting
  • Serve as key finance stakeholder for LED global inventory while partnering with Supply Chain on the SIOP decision support
  • Monitor and analyze financials, including leading monthly and quarterly reporting (COGS, Gross Margin, OPEX, KPI's, CAPEX)
  • Lead data analysis for the Global Operations using complex data and problem solving
  • Analyze financial and business performance against inventory KPIs including Backorder and Days of Supply to identify pertinent financial highlights, enabling understanding of progress against strategic business plans
  • Understands and deploys the best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex data and topics while adopting digital transformation and AI as accelerators
  • Develops high quality effective presentations (i.e. engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep)
