About The Position

We are looking for a strategic, analytically-driven finance leader to help shape how capital is deployed across our supply chain network — transforming complex data into compelling business cases, influencing senior leadership, and partnering cross-functionally to drive enterprise-wide outcomes. This role is Hybrid and does require you to be in office in downtown, Seattle, WA 4 days per week. A day in the life: Own end-to-end financial evaluation of supply chain strategic investments and network optimization, from opportunity identification through post-investment performance tracking Develop driver-based financial models and scenario analyses that frame trade-offs and generate actionable recommendations for senior leadership Build and maintain long-term strategic business models and projections aligned to evolving business strategies, proactively surfacing ROI risks and investment trends Deliver structured operating cadences that span diagnosis, scenario modeling, leadership alignment and performance reporting that drives transparency and accountability Design financial governance frameworks for transformational investments, ensuring disciplined capital allocation and measurable outcomes Serve as a trusted financial partner to Supply Chain, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders — translating findings into insights that drive cross-functional alignment Lead and develop a team of individual contributors through clear direction, prioritization, and mentorship

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive finance or economics experience, with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes at a senior level
  • 3-5+ years of Supply Chain finance or operations experience
  • Proven track record building scalable, driver-based financial models and conducting scenario analyses in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority across functions and all levels of the organization
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, functions, and data aggregation
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
