About The Position

The Supply Chain ERP Systems Senior Specialist at BlueOval SK will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up. This role involves strong expertise in the development, configuration, and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other ERP platforms. The individual will be instrumental in designing and optimizing enterprise system solutions that support operational efficiency, data integrity, and digital transformation across our supply chain and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years or more years of hands-on experience with MES, SAP, WMS, and ERP systems, particularly in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in system integration, data flow design, and architecture across enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes within supply chain, logistics, and production planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system design and integration for MES, SAP, WMS, and ERP platforms, ensuring end-to-end alignment with supply chain business processes, operational workflows, and data integrity requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, IT, and Finance teams to gather requirements, map process flows, and deliver scalable system solutions that improve performance and visibility.
  • Develop and implement configuration changes and functional enhancements to ERP-related systems, including custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to support evolving business needs.
  • Act as technical liaison between business users and software vendors or implementation partners, translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage and support system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles, ensuring business continuity and compliance with change management processes.
  • Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during system transitions or integrations.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption using root cause analysis and cross-team collaboration.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, configurations, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovations or enhancements that improve supply chain digitization, automation, and resilience.
  • Support training and change management efforts, ensuring successful user adoption and continuous improvement of system utilization across the enterprise.
