This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer. Key Responsibilities: You will participate in introductory nuclear training and supply chain learning seminars Support supply chain delivery stream engineering tasks Supplier identification and assessments Draft procurement requirements documentation and SAP purchase requisitions Develop procurement and manufacturing schedule Support coordination of Supplier Oversight Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Witness and Hold Points Work with suppliers to lead cost and schedule improvements Examples of Delivery Steam Engineering projects Creating Manufacturing and Process Plan estimates for use in design option selection or validation of cost and schedule Support design and manufacturing improvement project (advanced manufacturing, AI, technology improvement) Identify cost and schedule improvement opportunities, and development of project plans
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial / manufacturing, mechanical or a related engineering field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
