The position is equally split between supporting digital transformation initiatives (50%) and providing critical sales support services (50%) across Covestro's Business Entities. Digital Analytics and Solutions (50%) Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based applications to drive automation and operational efficiencies PowerApps Development: Create and optimize PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes and improve user experience AI/ML Integration: Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop intelligent automation solutions and data-driven insights Data Analytics: Support advanced analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud to optimize supply chain operations and decision-making processes Sales Operations Support (50%) Customer Master Data Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Material Master Data: Establish and update material master data to support sales and operations Sample Management: Process sample requests and coordinate sample distribution across Business Entities CRM Support: Assist sales teams with CRM functionality, data entry, and system optimization Complaint Processing: Manage customer complaint data entry and tracking processes
