About The Position

Vanderlande is seeking a talented, business-minded college student to join our Supply Chain Center for North America. As an Intern you will be engaged with developing data & analytics solutions for the Supply Chain organization. As an Intern you will be exposed to data analytics application development along with being given a number of specific tasks / projects to elevate your knowledge of Supply Chain, the ways of Vanderlande and to help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python; familiar with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid grasp of statistical analysis and probability.
• Experience in data preprocessing and cleaning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data professionals to develop analytics projects utilizing departmental standards
• Ensure solutions meet customer requirements by partnering with business units.
• Collect and clean data, correcting errors or inconsistencies.
• Develop digital products according to department data management and visualization standards.
• Present solutions to the digital team and business units, and train end users.
