Requirements

  • Attending a local accredited university studying towards a BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or other relevant area.
  • Excellent PC skills preferred with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain, purchasing, scheduling, and planning processes.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment or with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other teams and prepare cross functional process map.
  • Lead and facilitate relevant project meetings, providing summary reports and inputs for the project team.
  • Ensure that all project records are accurate and adequately maintained.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reporting templates to support project team.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure, track and improve performance.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to identify trends, non-value added steps, and improvement areas within existing processes.
  • Support the development and improvement of procedures and processes for material purchase orders and tracking of materials.
  • Identify risk to projects and develop plans to mitigate those risks with all stakeholder teams.
  • Handle special assignments and other duties as requested by leadership.
  • Provide project support as needed in a team environment with production, quality, engineering, and other departments.
