About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee supplier performance, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. This role will serve as the primary liaison between strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders while ensuring supplier alignment with business needs, quality standards, and delivery targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field or 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience within D365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time delivery of products/services by proactively managing supplier schedules, capacity, and logistics.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve supply bottlenecks or disruptions.
  • Collaborate with planning, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Ensure ERP accuracy for supplier dates & prices to ensure accurate deliveries & visibility to operations.
  • Analyze supplier fulfillment metrics and identify root causes to drive initiatives to improve delivery accuracy, lead time, and responsiveness.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for critical suppliers and materials.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning in case of supply failures.
  • Act as the strategic and primary point of contact for key suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and performance.
  • Lead regular supplier performance reviews and scorecard assessments.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and performance expectations with suppliers.
  • Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to onboard new suppliers and transition suppliers during ramp-ups or exits.
  • Influence supplier selection strategies based on performance, risk, and fulfillment capacity.
  • Support new product development and introduction by sourcing materials and components in alignment with project timelines.
