The Supply Chain Co-op is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on-the-job training. This role will be hybrid based at Summit, NJ.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
  • Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, and be at least a sophomore
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
  • Eligible to complete an 6-month co-op term at our Summit, NJ headquarters. This assignment will take place from March 2026 to September 2026 / 40 hours per week.
  • Possess a strong interest in supply chain management
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership ability
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines exist
  • Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function
  • Support supply chain operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies
  • Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activities
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
  • Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employees
