About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or FAR regulated supply chain
Demonstrated understanding of FAR compliance
Experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills across all company levels
Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed supply market research
Establish and leverage relationships with large-scale hardware OEMs
Work closely with internal departments to analyze current and forecasted demands
Develop strategies for maximizing value from current and future supply markets
Regularly adjust category strategies based on changing market conditions
Balance regulatory requirements with supplier market realities
Solve process and supplier performance issues under tight deadlines
