RefrigiWear is looking for a Supply Chain Buyer / Analyst to take ownership of inventory demand planning and procurement across key product categories supporting our offshore sourcing programs. This is a high-impact role where your analytical mindset and supplier management skills directly influence product availability, operational efficiency, and company growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field OR
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, buying, or supply chain analysis (distribution experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience working with import logistics and transportation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite & Blue Ridge a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with global vendors
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset-you don't wait for problems, you anticipate them
  • Ability to work out of our Headquarters located in Dahlonega, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Own inventory demand & purchasing strategy for assigned categories and product lines
  • Analyze inventory trends and manage daily, weekly, and monthly exceptions, recommending solutions proactively
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of MRP-driven purchasing plans
  • Maintain and manage ERP data integrity (item setup, suppliers, UPCs, specs, etc.)
  • Lead monthly container planning and provide forecasting insights to support supplier capacity
  • Coordinate and manage international freight movement from origin to delivery
  • Monitor forecasts, landed costs, and ensure accurate financial allocation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore suppliers and manufacturing partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, and Quality
  • Support sourcing activities including RFQs, proposals, and vendor communications
