About The Position

The Supply Chain Business Analyst supports the transformation from site-based purchasing to an enterprise supply chain organization by delivering data, analysis, and insight across procurement operations, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and logistics. This role serves as an analytical and process enablement partner to Supply Chain leadership and functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
1+ year of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, manufacturing, or data/analytics roles highly desired
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
Basic understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and manufacturing operations
Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets and improve data quality over time
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings clearly to varied audiences
High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn enterprisescale supply chain practices
Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Relevant coursework or academic projects in analytics, supply chain, or operations strongly preferred
Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply chain analytics and dashboards, including spend analysis, supplier performance, cost trends, and operational KPIs
Analyze enterprise spend by category, supplier, and site to support category strategies, sourcing decisions, and consolidation opportunities
Support supplier performance management, including scorecards, KPI tracking, and preparation for Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs)
Assist strategic sourcing and category teams with cost models, TCO analysis, and benchmarking
Support supplier segmentation initiatives based on spend, criticality, and risk
Provide analytical support for supplier development and corrective action tracking
Help maintain clean and structured supplier and item master data in ERP and related systems
Partner with Procurement Operations to identify process inefficiencies, data gaps, and standardization opportunities
Support global sourcing and localization initiatives, including analysis related to India-based sourcing and cross-border supply considerations
Prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and visualizations to support decision-making
Contribute to the development and documentation of supply chain policies, procedures, and standard work
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, sourcing, supplier performance, and logistics
