About The Position

DNV Business Assurance is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and execute operational delivery across the Americas for the Supply Chain Assurance (SCA) organization. Starting January 2026, this role will be critical in ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery for the SCA service line, supporting global growth and customer satisfaction. The SCA Delivery Manage r will oversee regional operations, manage resources, and ensure compliance with DNV standards and accreditation requirements. This position will collaborate closely with the Global Delivery Manager and other regional Delivery Managers to harmonize processes and drive operational excellence across all Americas markets. The SCA Delivery Manager – Americas will manage Delivery Managers for North America, Mexico, and South America. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Regional Leadership Implement the global operational strategy for SCA within the Americas Align regional delivery with global objectives to ensure consistency and efficiency Contribute to annual planning and forecasting processes in collaboration with the Global Delivery Manager Regional Operations Management Ensure effective and timely delivery of services across the region, meeting quality and compliance standards Monitor KPIs and operational performance, and implement corrective actions as needed Optimize resource allocation and utilization to meet delivery commitments and cost targets Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to DNV policies and procedures People Management & Development Lead and motivate regional operational teams to foster engagement and accountability Support recruitment, onboarding, and competence development of resources Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the region Financial & Performance Management Support EBITA and utilization targets through efficient planning and delivery optimization Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control Compliance & Technical Governance Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and internal governance standards Work closely with the Global Technical Manager to maintain technical integrity and competence within the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in supply chain services.
  • Proven track record in managing regional delivery and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region and internationally
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • High degree of resilience and ability to drive change.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Customer-centric approach and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills.
