What You Will Do We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Supply Chain Associate to support our fast-growing brand. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day execution that keeps our supply chain running—order processing and fulfillment, production and inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and master data maintenance. You will manage incoming inquiries, troubleshoot order issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure an exceptional experience for consumers and business customers.

Requirements

  • You’re a curious mind, a brave creative, and a whole human who brings both rigor and heart to the work.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CPG supply chain, customer service, or logistics (food/beverage preferred).
  • Experience working with EDI portals and knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle.
  • Proficient in Excel with ability to manage data inputs and reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills—able to coordinate across vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and calmly.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with retailer/distributor requirements (grocery, mass retail, e-commerce) preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Process and release customer orders (retail, distributor, e-commerce).
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with 3PLs and carriers; troubleshoot delays and shortages.
  • Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance targets are met.
  • Ensure EDI compliance and timely customer invoicing.
  • Production & Inventory: Support production planning with co-manufacturers: issue and track purchase orders, confirm schedules, reconcile deliveries and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory across the network and maintain inventory accuracy in our current tools and systems.
  • Support month-end reconciliations and reporting.
  • Master Data Compliance: Maintain product master data (GTINs, dimensions, pack sizes, case weights) and manage product data submissions into various retailer portals.
  • Support onboarding and compliance with distributors (UNFI, KeHE) and retail partners (Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, Amazon).
  • Cross-Functional Support: Support Field Marketing with product requirements for events.
  • Support Finance with invoice reconciliation and customer deductions.
  • Support ERP enhancements, reporting dashboards, and new system implementations.
