About The Position

The Supply Chain Associate position is a part-time role focused on managing inventory and supporting business-to-business operations. The associate will be responsible for procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions to meet customer needs and contribute to the branch's success. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for flexible scheduling after onboarding and training.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field OR have customer service or industry related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
