About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Healthcare
• Strong time management skills
• Solid critical thinking skills

• Experience with logistics and inventory management
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory balances across designated areas.
• Maintain communication with Clinical & Supply Chain Leadership regarding supply-related topics.
• Order, store, and distribute supplies in assigned areas.
• Track shipments and coordinate internal stock transfers.
• Assist with product conversions and substitutions.
• Manage non-conforming supplies including returns.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Escalate critical product shortages and stock out matters to management.
• Navigate various platforms, ERPs, and other third-party systems.
