About The Position
The Supply Chain Associate position is part of Mohawk Industries' ASPIRE Leadership Development Program, designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management. This 18-24 month rotational program allows participants to work in different areas such as Delivery Operations, Transportation, Logistics, and Purchasing/Procurement, fostering professional growth and leadership skills through real-world projects and ongoing learning.
