About The Position

The Supply Chain Associate Account Manager at DP World is responsible for the operational and technical management of assigned accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with global customers, driving continuous improvement, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in 3PL.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and V Look Up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to convert data into PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and vendors.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Infor Nexus Operating System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall execution of an account at an operations management level.
• Maintain strong contact/relationships with global customers and ACS regions supporting those customers.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer's business and associated supply chain requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, improvement, and operational SOP execution/compliance/quality.
• Create internal performance score-carding and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and ensure necessary metrics/KPIs are maintained for all operational aspects of the business.
• Implement solutions to address and correct identified issues proactively.
• Monitor service levels to ensure performance statistics meet customer and ACS contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance to operational, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures.
• Analyze both new and existing businesses to generate additional revenue opportunities.
