About The Position

The Supply Chain Asset Protection Supervisor at Lowe's is responsible for partnering with operational leaders, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers to review policies, procedures, and processes aimed at improving customer experience while controlling expenses and maximizing margins. This role involves building relationships and collaborating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. The supervisor will manage, hire, and develop a diverse team of hourly Lowe's Security Specialists within a supply chain environment. Additionally, the supervisor oversees compliance, integrity, and effectiveness of the product quality audit program, making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business damage strategies. The position also requires evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and product handling procedures to reduce financial risk and drive company profit. The supervisor will identify organizational risks and take swift actions to mitigate them through escalations with operational leadership, 3PL providers, and Supply Chain Asset Protection Managers. Supporting operational excellence and safety training to drive a culture of quality assurance is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of Retail Asset Protection experience in Distribution or retail stores.

Nice To Haves

  • 12 years of experience with a Mass Retailer or multilocation employer.
  • 12 years of warehouse type store and/or distribution center experience.
  • CSP, ASP, WSO, ARM Certification.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 Hour certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and governance over network processes.
  • Ensure adherence to damage reduction strategies through Quarterly Walk.
  • Provide a clear vision to associates regarding their roles.
  • Participate in system design planning for new equipment.
  • Provide consultation during new building standup phase.
