Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory record and tracking of demonstration equipment.
  • Lead companywide Asset Inventory Review.
  • Strategize and recommend efficiency driven process improvements related to inventory control, daily operational procedures, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain SOPS for evolving processes.
  • Maintain proper product inventory and availability through daily orders to parent company.
  • Proper inventory analysis and internal communication with department managers to forecast stock needs.
  • Review usage history to influence proper inventory levels.
  • Schedule transportation office to office/customer for Company Asset.
  • Audit internal processes and communicate issues and KPIs statistics to related managers.
  • Purchasing/reassignment of Company Assets for New Hire Training.
  • Review customer orders and release them to fulfillment center for processing.
  • Communicate order and shipping delays to Customer Service team for proper handling and rescheduling.
  • Generate Reports as needed.
