About The Position

Own the day‑to‑day CRM supply‑chain admin and purchasing discipline while leading the build‑out of a robust MRP‑driven production planning and daily dispatch scheduling process. Primary Goal Deliver end‑to‑end visibility of all manufacturing and assembly activities—internal and external—and capture WIP and sub‑assembly workflows through final assembly for finished goods. Ensure demand planning has the clarity needed to orchestrate purchased components, make parts, inventory, and all intermediate steps. Additionally, all of this must be orchestrated and tied to project management visibility (Wrike), ensuring clarity around all concurrent build activities, interfaces, and critical-path dependencies across internal operations and external partners.

Requirements

  • Process discipline & compliance mindset (audit‑ready PR/PO linkage).
  • Systems thinking (from MPS/MRP to shop dispatch and WIP control).
  • Change management & communication across manufacturing, PM, and supply chain.
  • Bias to action, ownership, and follow‑through on commitments.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience; PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing operations (or equivalent mix).
  • Hands‑on experience with MRP/ERP (item master, BOMs, routings, PR/PO, receiving).
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data cleansing and VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to stand up dispatch scheduling and drive closure on the floor.
  • Strong project coordination skills; able to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Experience with ECCCO and/or IFS ERP, and Wrike project management.
  • Exposure to CRP/finite scheduling, APS, or MES concepts.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication or machining supply chains and outside processing.
  • Basic SQL/Power BI or similar analytics tooling (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Release/track POs; match receipts; resolve discrepancies with vendors and receiving.
  • Maintain MRP dates and exceptions; publish weekly shortages and expedite list.
  • Generate and publish dispatch lists by work center; follow up on completion/closure.
  • Update Wrike with risks, blockers, and mitigations; keep owners and ETA visible.
  • Support engineering/manufacturing changes (ECOs) and reflect updates in item/BOM/routing data.
