As a key business partner to the Lead Director, Private Fleet – Middle Mile Transportation, the Senior Manager supports 6 Private Fleet locations: La Habra, CA; Conroe, TX; Knoxville, TN; North Augusta, SC; Somerset, PA. and Fredericksburg, VA. The role establishes and maintains disciplined KPI governance, rigorous forecasting practices, and recurring performance routines, all aligned with the CVS Private Fleet performance framework (Safety, People, Customer Service, Asset Management, Expense Control). The position is accountable for meeting service commitments, achieving financial plans, and ensuring accurate and proactive management of operational performance, often in an environment with limited centralized support from IT, HR, Finance, and Analytics.
