Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-intensive role.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and financial modeling tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Must be able to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with four days onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona Corporate Office and one day with hybrid flexibility.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of SAP S4HANA tables is highly desired; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support cost-effective transportation and logistics strategies.
- Evaluate and establish KPIs and operational parameters that maximize fleet utilization and cost efficiency.
- Organize and synthesize data into meaningful insights that support informed decision making.
- Collaborate with departments across the business to align analytics with strategic goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
