About the position

The Supply Chain Analytics Data Analyst role at Stanley Black & Decker involves working within the Tools & Outdoor Global Planning team to design complex data models and develop dashboards that visualize key performance indicators. This hybrid position allows for collaboration across departments to ensure successful project execution while leveraging existing BI tools like Power BI and QlikView.

Responsibilities

• Design complex data models utilizing multiple schemas in Snowflake.
• Develop dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Leverage existing BI tools, including Power BI and QlikView, to develop analyses.
• Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using appropriate principles and methods.
• Create and manage an effective project schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL data modeling, data visualization tools, and/or data harmonization.
• Working experience in Snowflake or similar cloud warehousing is desired.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and strong understanding of cloud data warehousing methodologies and ETL processing.
• Proficiency in BI tools, with Power BI preferred.
• Systemic knowledge/ expertise with SAP & JDA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data harmonization techniques.
