The Supply Chain Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for overseeing the demand planning process for a specific portfolio of products. This role involves collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to prepare monthly forecasts for both Made to Stock and Made to Order items produced by the company. The analyst will lead the monthly forecast review sessions with the sales team and actively participate in the Demand Consensus meetings, which are integral to KDP's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The primary objective of this position is to provide accurate and timely analysis of various supply chain aspects, ensuring that production and replenishment needs are aligned to meet service level, inventory, and efficiency requirements. In addition to generating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, the Supply Chain Analyst will become an expert in understanding consumption and shipment trends, as well as customer, category, and industry dynamics. This role requires maintaining documentation related to assumptions that inform demand forecasts and providing root cause analysis along with corrective action recommendations based on forecasting metrics. The analyst will also participate in monthly Consensus/S&OP meetings to facilitate consensus forecasts between supply chain and commercial teams, and will prepare and run monthly reviews with key account managers. The position also involves participation in annual budget planning and portfolio rationalization activities, as well as reviewing operational performance metrics such as back orders and overstock situations. The analyst will manage product allocations based on supply insights and serve as a key contact for sales and customer service regarding product availability and demand. Furthermore, the role includes providing business support through various demand planning analyses and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes.
