The Service Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth initiatives associated with the Marketing team's strategy. The Analyst works closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and manage service offerings and is responsible for managing the operational costs of those programs. The Analyst works closely with our site leads to implement and optimize service offerings that maximize the customer experience while minimizing cost. The Analyst helps to support network optimization of programs and slit roll repositioning. The Analyst helps lead and facilitate product transitions and collaborates across different functions including Product Management, Operations, Procurement, R&D, and Finance.
