About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst at Castellini Company LLC is responsible for providing daily customer service support for 3PL customers and managing the order flow within the supply chain operations. This role focuses on recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will also report and analyze supply chain operating results, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis related to transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Experience with Excel required, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with ERPs and WMS systems preferred
• 2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily operations and order flow of the Supply Chain department
• Engaging with 3PL customers daily to ensure all orders Inbound and Outbound are received/shipped accurately and on-time
• Heavy involvement with ERP system
• Identifying and providing root causes for 3PL issues that occur throughout the order flow process
• Tracking KPI's and reporting on specific Customer and Supply Chain's performance
• Working as a team player within the warehouse, transportation, accounting, and supply chain teams to take advantage of opportunities for performance or financial improvement
• Documentation and Process Mapping for new 3PL customer onboarding and implementation
• Analyzing data from the supply chain on a weekly/monthly basis to identify errors and opportunities for improvement
• Providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis of operating results to senior operations and finance leadership
• Driving initiatives, as required by Business leaders
• Additional tasks as assigned by management as needed
